These Frequently Asked Questions have been posted to us from various customers in the past and is regularly updated with new information.

Q. Some of your product pages do not show full size ratios, how can I tell how many pieces of each size I will receive?

A. We try to provide the most comprehensive information we can on size ratios, but certain styles have varying size ratios which makes it difficult for us to show up-to-date information. Unless specified, sizes and quantities are spread out evenly across the size range shown, so you won't receive any bad or uneven ratios.

Q. If I place an order today when will I receive it?

A. Orders are processed within 48 working hours of receipt of payment, usually within the first 24 hours. Depending on the size of the order and availability of stock, orders placed before 1pm are packed and processed the same day. We use a next working day courier for UK mainland orders, and a fast and reliable road service for other areas. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full information on transit times.

Q. Is it OK for me to use your product pictures on my website and catalogues?

A. Yes, absolutely! We know the difference a good quality picture makes when you're selling online, and to save you the time and effort of taking your own you're more than welcome to use ours. There's no need to ask for permission and you don't have to credit us, simply download the images you need or contact us if you want us to email you the pictures you need.

Q. Are you able to provide me with samples of your products before we place an order for stock?

A. Yes, if you wish to order samples so you can see the great quality of our products we can arrange this, simply email us with style codes and size preferences and we'll put together a parcel for you. Please note we are unable to provide samples for free.

Q. My school/dance club is putting on a show and we need a specific amount of each size of a product we've seen on your website, are you able to supply this?

A. For basic lines such as leggings, cardigans and harem pants we are happy to put together a bespoke order. We have experience in this area and can accommodate for just about any order, big or small. Simply contact us with your requirements and we'll give you our best price and delivery time.

Q. I'm looking to place an order but I'd like to see your products before I commit to buying, do you have a warehouse or showroom I can visit?

A. We have a showroom and cash and carry 5 minutes away from Manchester city centre where you're more than welcome to pay us a visit and have a good look at our full product range. Our experienced team of staff are always happy to help you pick out the products that will work best for you, and free hot and cold drinks are available to all. Our address is:

Q. What is your minimum order quantity?

A. We have no minimum order quantity, but please bear in mind that our standard delivery charges apply no matter how small the order.

Q. Do your ex-chainstore products come with labels?

A. A portion of our ex-chainstore products do come to us with labels already defaced or cut. The styles that come to us fully labelled will need the labels defacing or cut by the customer prior to resale. If you are interested in any particular styles and wish to enquire about how they are labelled please contact us before placing an order.
